| Green Umbrella™ has a system approach to concrete polishing. It can be as complete as from the concrete pour to the polish. The Green Umbrella™ process IS NOT opening the concrete and applying a sealer. The majority of Green Umbrella™ Treatments are 100 percent reactive; non-resinous polymer, and ph-neutral when possible. Green Umbrella chemistry will not resist color introduction or walk off, as is common with other chemistry.
Providing greater accountability, Green Umbrella Craftsmen™ are certified with in-depth training using Grinding, Honing and Polishing equipment designed for complete concrete processing that can expose aggregate (this is not janitorial equipment).
Wherever possible alternative fueled equipment is used; not electric, and does not require a 3 phase hook up. Unless specified, Green Umbrella™ installers will process the entire floor including any and all wall edges. The process is wet wherever possible, maintaining ambient air quality and ensuring no dust contaminates the HVAC system. We endorse this for better health and wet grinding enables a higher quality cut to the floor. Green Umbrella™ floors include accountability through onsite management.
