"About Green Umbrella"
Green Umbrella™ has a system approach to concrete polishing. It can be as complete as from the concrete pour to the polish. The Green Umbrella process IS NOT opening the concrete and applying a sealer. The majority of Green Umbrella Treatments are 100 percent reactive; non-resinous polymer, and ph-neutral when possible. Green Umbrella chemistry will not resist color introduction or walk off, as is common with other chemistry.
Providing greater accountability, Green Umbrella Craftsmen are certified with in-depth training using Grinding, Honing and Polishing equipment designed for complete concrete processing that can expose aggregate (this is not janitorial equipment).
Wherever possible alternative fueled equipment is used; not electric, and does not require a 3 phase hook up. Unless specified, Green Umbrella installers will process the entire floor including any and all wall edges. The process is wet wherever possible, maintaining ambient air quality and ensuring no dust contaminates the HVAC system. We endorse this for better health and wet grinding enables a higher quality cut to the floor. Green Umbrella floors include accountability through onsite management.

Green Umbrella has released a revolutionary new product. Cutting labor, downtime and environmental impact. Green Umbrella Green Cut is an environmentally friendly, non-acid, cutting and slurry agent. As part of their Green Cut System it cuts the concrete using molecular cutting agents, reducing the number of diamond steps and creating a less porous floor than could previously be achieved. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System starts out by softening the concrete allowing for easier and faster processing. The frothy slurry created by the process is ground into the floors to help seal pores, producing a denser surface. Green Cut floors respond differently to color introduction yet they can be colored to allow for endless design possibilities. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System cuts labor requirements and greatly reduces wear on your metal bond diamond abrasives saving you money. The Green Umbrella Green Cut Process uses as few as 2 diamond grit steps to grind, hone and polish concrete floors. The Green Umbrella Green Cut System creates a more resilient floor with a superior gloss while saving time, money and eliminating hazardous waste disposal issues—significantly reducing q company's impact on the environment.
Green Umbrella™ Green Grinder
It gives us great pleasure to finally release the much anticipated Green Grinder!
We have been known for taking the lead in Green Grinding providing cordless, clean energy, high productivity equipment ... and we have reset the bar with this machine. The Green Grinder has ESD monitoring, Catalytic Muffler, Gel batteries and other requirements have made it a GS-24 and LEED requirements. It is designed all around Wet Grinding. A sturdy, mining industry inspired GreenGEAR TM gearbox will enable you to have a truly industrial piece of equipment to exceed the run time of any other grinder on the market, by THOUSANDS of hours.
We didn't just overhaul the insides though. We added a quick change diamond system that will enable even diamond wear and quick field changes. Propane tanks drop in for quick and easy changes. Vacuum ports remove particulates from under the machine at floor level. 3 wrenches is all it takes to make any adjustment, repair, etc. anywhere on this machine. Call for details.
